Requirements:
- Grab yourself a VCC (virtual credit card) needs to be matching the account. Buy these bundled with fullz or separately for ease.
- Fullz/Pros: Needs to have a FICO score of 650+ (ideally 720+ for $5k-$20k limits).
Setup:
- Clean IP: Use a residential proxy or VPN matching the fullz's state.
- Burner Phone/Email: For any OTPs—use TextNow or Google Voice.
