Do ccs even work

I've been trying to hit ccs for a minute but it seems that every site has measures against it, i use proxies, change my mac address and dont copy paste the details and it never works. is there a genuine way to make money online off ccs, i use nonvbv bins and everything too but my ccs just dont hit.
