Hi guys,
I am wondering if it is possible to find person's phone number by passport data.
Context: my sister was in the psychiatric hospital for 3 weeks, she has delusional thoughts like Truman Show delusion and Erotomanic delusion.
She does not want to communicate with the relatives, she thinks we are trying to hurt her. She was also paranoid by the phone surveillance so she was constantly changing her phone numbers. A month ago she went to South Korea (because of delusion that South Korean actor is in love with her). I tried to ask police to find her, but they are not doing anything, just ghosting me.
That is why I end up sitting here and posting this thread. I am wondering if it is possible to find her Kazakh phone number by IIN (that is kazakhstani Individual Identification Number - I suppose that is something like Social Security Number or something like that).
Guys, please help me to find something meaningful.
