How do I get more info from a link?

Context - If I'm talking to somebody in an app say snapchat, telegram, etc and I send them a link I know how to get their IP address and cell company, but no valueable identifiers like phone number or anything that can lead to the name. Can somebody point me in the right direction. I've had people in the past sent me a link than within a couple of minutes they had my information yes some of it was wrong, but they were able to get past address and a name that was close to mine.

from sending a link . if victim will only click on link then you will gets only ip user agent battery percentage, geo location, browser and device info(ram, which model). etc...

and if you wish to gets the photos to be clicked,gps perfect location etc..,and will return to you without victim being informed then you can do it but it will ask a permission and most of persons allow without even reading it. how ever it may possible to get mobile number and name but it can't be just with only one click on link. for this you can contact me or can find anyone verified who can help you
