Installing OpenBullet on TailsOS

IDK if I'm just dumb/far too inexperienced, but I CANNOT get OpenBullet setup on Tails. It claims to require .net framework, but also won't allow me to install .net framework.
Completely inexperienced with this stuff.

the only openbullet that can be installed on Linux is OpenBullet2

Yeah, I've been tryna use the guide to install OB2, but it doesn't work either. Docker also won't install, and the other 2 methods require .net
Again this could simply come down to inexperience on my part...
