Who has real hacking skills such as spamming, android hacking?

I'm looking for real hacker who I can collaborate with long term.
I need some helps now.

First, email sender for google.
I have tried to send emails to google using smtp, but couldn't pass spam filter.
It must not be email bomber, I need email sender like web php mailer. I want pay for amount of emails that I sent.
This is like phishing email sender tool.

Second, install android rat using google playstore.

I would like to connect with someone who has these skills.
