How do you use hacked PayPal accounts and avoid getting caught in the process ? I mean if you try transferring funds not only is it traceable but the person gets notified or if you try shopping with it still the same and of course you can still buy crypto directly on PayPal but crypto is traceable as well so why are hacked PayPal accounts sold in the first place ? I want to buy but if someone knows whether the funds can be transferred somehow or not please let me know

PayPal accounts are sold because imagine this, in one day I obtained 1,000 PP accounts with my tools / strategies. I cannot use them one by one for obvious reasons of time, so I prefer to sell them and thus earn something.

One way, as you say, is to buy crypto but instead of using mixers, convert to Monero a couple of times. Another way would be to buy items online that accept PayPal, and have the objects delivered to your drop, then resell them or keep them.
