if you have physical access
then you can try malware infection and gets max. information and all data of the victim. for malware you can get premium license based from verified seller and for normal cracked version it can be found in the hacking tools section

Unfortunately, I don't have any physical access to the phone which is in another country

You can without physical access to the phone if you have the iCloud or google account he uses on the phone for live backup, if you have such info and successful logined in without OTP code you can download any backup from there, also using the same Wi-Fi the user uses or used before will not trigger OTP most of the time specially with Google, otherwise if OTP required you have to use you social skils and call the user phone and ask for the otp code .
