Help against wife

Hi,

In the past few months I've started to suspect that my wife is cheating on me, that she's planning on stealing my money and my daughter from me. She's been very secretive and I'm trying to find evidence in case this goes to court, as well as to take preventative measures to make sure she doesn't ruin my life. She has an iPhone 14 with face ID lock and an older Huawei phone. The important stuff is on the iPhone, but most socials are shared between phones. Any way of getting into her phones, especially the iPhone, with the stuff posted in here?

Would someone be kind enough to help me with some guidance? I'm at the end of my ropes here...
