How to create an untraceable PayPal

Hi so as the title suggests I want to create a paypal account that isn’t tied to my name and the idea that came to my mind was using a cloned card to create it but I don’t know anything in that area so is it possible ? if not then are there any other options ?

Ok maybe I misunderstood the difference between prepaid cards and cloned cards are they both the same ? because I saw a website that sold prepaid cards and the description said they’re ideal for online shopping and regarding the crypto situation maybe it wasn’t a good idea at all
