3. Any customer is able to reach customer service by submitting a ticket.
4. As a long time player with vast reputation and rating on all carding communities we are not providing any free tests.
5. Account balance in shop can only be spent, there is no money back, only refunds of current purchases. Competently plan how much money you are willing to spend.
6. Creating clone-accounts, attempting to hack, cheat or abuse the shop will lead to an immediate ban.
7. Refundable and Non-refundable purchases is indicated in the market place Yes/No.
9. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG AVS AND CARD BALANCE.
10. Please save all cards on your own Hard Disk - we periodically delete old bases.

1. Open your Orders Page
2. Refunds are available within 20 minutes of purchase
3. It will be possible to check the card for validity in your order page only after purchased
2. 1$ is reduced for each check / We advise you don't use the checker always.
3. Unfortunately I don't make refunds via tickets. If replacement time is out or a card was already checked and approved, you don't have ability to refund this card
4. (Default replacement time is 10 minutes (if purchased greater than 10 cards 40 minutes)
5. Approved cards cannot be refunded.
6. We cannot guarantee or control account balance on cards we sell. Valid cards with low balance are non refundable.
7. Replacements are only performed via the Orders Page ("Check" button is available next to all refundable purchases)

Auto detection of duplicate and depletion of duplicate, invalid cards, purchase buy users, are automatically deleted from the system.
Calculation and profit of all sellers are done weekly and funds is deposited to sellers account.
For non-compliance with the rules - account deletion without the right of restoration
